The self-service package is ideal for those who have had some experience running MROCs and would like to use PluggedIN's MROC platform to run their own communities front-to-back. As part of our self-service package, we will setup and design the PluggedIN Platform according to your design specifications. We will then provide up to two hours of web-based training on the software to get you started. After setup, we provide email and phone-based support for any technical needs that arise for moderators.
Specifically, the self-service package includes the following:
