Pre-Launch
The process begins with an in-person brainstorming session to identify the needs of your key community stakeholders. This session informs the design of a comprehensive facilitation plan. Our research team then picks activities that will get to the heart of your objectives, while engaging members and building a true community. At the same time we are working on the community facilitation plan, we will be recruiting members to your community. Recruiting can be done through online or phone-based methods (or a combination thereof), from any sample source.
Post-Launch
After launch, PluggedIN's moderators will dive into the research-related and user generated activities each day, probing deeper on member comments and pulling out key verbatims/insights whenever possible. At the end of each week we will keep your team up to date through a topline report of findings that highlights key activities for the week and recommendations for new community topics to explore. A monthly summary report pulls all the findings together, and includes extensive verbatim quotations, as well as moderator conclusions and recommendations.
