Depending on the size and level of activity, a market research
online community (MROC)
can generate a lot of feedback in a short amount of time. We can sift
through and analyze this data so you don't have to, helping to package
the gems into
meaningful ideas and insights that you can use right away. We focus on
creating truly insightful and engaging reports that go beyond merely
reporting what happened, to capturing what it means for your
organization and the community moving forward.
We offer three variations for community reports, as follows:
Memo Report
- A memo report is a brief (2-3 page) report of key activities that
occurred in the community. These reports can be delivered weekly or
monthly, depending on the volume of activity in the community and the
needs of your stakeholders. This report format is ideal for quick and
regular feedback on community topics.
Newsletter Report
- A newsletter-style report highlights summaries of key community
activities and includes extensive verbatim quotations from members to
help reinforce themes identified in the summaries. The report is more
in-depth than the memo report, and typically runs between 15-20 pages.
We also highlight select community members and user generated content,
to help you get a better picture of the members of your community.
Presentation Report
- A presentation-style report is ideal for sharing findings across the
organization through webinars or online presentations. This report
typically consists of 20-30 slides, and includes summaries of key
research activities (which are reinforced by member verbatims whenever
possible), as well as moderator conclusions and recommendations.
Words alone don’t do our reports justice. We’d love to show you an
example so you can get a much better sense of what you will receive
from your PluggedIN MROC. Fill out the form on this page to
