While community management may not be the "sexiest" part of a MROC, it is one of the most important steps in ensuring a successful community initiative. Getting the right people into your MROC and ensuring they stick around for the long term is no easy feat, but our community managers can help successfully guide your community initiative and keep everything running smoothly.
PluggedIN's community management services include:
- Field management - It all begins with recruiting the right people for your MROC. We will develop a screener to use for an online or telephone recruit, and ensure it will give you the right data for later use in targeted community activities. We will also manage the delivery of the screener, and import qualified recruits into the site.
- Member invitation - After screening out qualified members from the initial screener, we then draft up customized invitations that mirror the look and feel of the community. Members are invited on an ongoing basis until recruiting quotas are met.
- Community building - Running a successful MROC involves more than just posting new research activities each week. PluggedIN's community managers post community building activities designed to encourage connection between members, and directly interact with members to encourage user generated content.
- Member outreach & support - It's important to keep in frequent contact with members to encourage sustained participation in the community. Our community managers reach out to members at least weekly with personalized emails and correspondence to ensure members are participating in-line with our expectations and have no difficulties participating in the research.
- Incentive management - PluggedIN's community managers will run regular reports to determine who is eligible for an honorarium (when applicable), and follow-up with those who have yet to receive an incentive.
